Sealant Performance Requirements:

Compression Set: <10% after 72hr @ 70°C per ISO 815-1

Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C continuous operation

Water Absorption: <2% by weight after 7 days immersion

Ozone Resistance: No cracking at 100 pphm, 40°C, 20% strain per ISO 1431-1

Manufacturing feasibility confirmed with tolerance stack-up analysis showing Cpk >1.33 for all critical features.
